Yes, we offer pickup services outside Muscat City for customers who are located in other towns across Oman. This is a convenient option for those who are unable to drop off boxes at our Muscat stations. We currently cover the following areas for pickups: Muscat, Barka, Nizwa, Quriyat, Rusayl, Sohar, Suwaiq)

The pickup fee depends on your location and the type of item being picked up. Pickup charges typically range from OMR 5 to OMR 10, depending on the distance from Muscat and the number of boxes scheduled for pickup. For remote areas or heavy cargo like appliances, an additional fee may apply. We also offer the option to coordinate your pickup with a third-party agent or transport service (e.g., United Cargo or Happy Line Transport), especially for far-flung locations.

To schedule a pickup, simply message us on WhatsApp with your complete address and we’ll confirm the fee and schedule based on your location.

📦 Delivery to Muscat Office:
Once United Cargo picks up your box/es, it usually takes 5-7 days for them to arrive at our Muscat office, depending on location and schedule.
